'Born To Win', a complete self-analysis book by Muriel James and Dorothy Jongeward. It's based on the concepts of Transactional Analysis and Gestalt Experiments. Nowhere its tells you how you should be but what it does is that it lets you realize yourself and makes you see clearly what are the implications of many of your behaviors. Not only self realization but it also helps us understand the basis of human nature and teaches us how to deal with people. In all an exciting and an interesting read.
